Fruit Crepes

Saturday mornings in my opinion are always the best time to have something extra delicious for breakfast. A treat to yourself for making it through the week. So today I decided to give myself something extra special and have a sweet creamy and delicious fruit crepe!

Add one egg to a bowl and whisk...
To it, add 1/3 cup milk...
1/8 teaspoon salt...
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar...
1/4 cup of white flour...
Finally, 1 1/2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter... Whisk it all together and turn a small pan onto medium heat...
Cut up fresh strawberries...
And fresh banana...
Add Greek vanilla yogurt to a bowl...
Sprinkle in about 1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon... stir together and set aside.
Add a very small amount of the batter to the hot pan, just enough to cover the bottom. When it starts to bubble, very carefully flip it. When done, remove and fill with yogurt mix and fresh fruit. Garnish with chocolate sauce and whip cream if desired. ENJOY!
