"Melt in Your Mouth" Beef Stew

I have been thinking about beef stew so much lately that the thought of it made my mouth water. So I decided that I better get to making it before I drove myself crazy. It might take a few hours until its ready to eat... but it is SO worth it!

Ziti With Creamy Tomato Sauce

Another chilly day up here on my little farm so I decided to try another pasta dish. Maybe I should lay off the carbs but walking to and from the barn in 4ft of snow and exercising Caliber in the freezing cold I think I can handle it, haha. Ray had pointed out a recipe for creamy tomato sauce to me at one point so that's what I picked!

Panchetta & Leek Pasta

As I've said several times, I love onions! I saw this recipe for a leek pasta dish and I had to give it a try. I'm glad I did because it turned out so creamy and delicious. I love it!

Cinnamon Sticky Rolls

Because of the snow storm, we couldn't get down to the store. Being that we were out of milk and other things I didn't have very many options for breakfast so I decided to make cinnamon rolls instead! I'm thinking it was a pretty darn good idea considering when they started baking my mouth was watering, haha.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

We were waiting for the Schwanz man to bring us our pizza but because of the snow storm, he couldn't make it out. So instead I decided to just go ahead and make some pizza myself. Ray liked that idea too, haha.

French Onion Soup

As the years go on I have learned that one of my loves in the kitchen is onions. I love them raw on hot dogs and sandwiches, I love them cooked into soups and I love them sauteed with chicken and beef. Today I realized that I've never even tried a french onion soup which is all about the onion! So I decided to give it a try!

Oatmeal Brulee with Raspberry Sauce

For breakfast this morning, I wanted oatmeal but I decided to kick it up a little and turn it into oatmeal brulee. I wasn't sure if I would like the texture or not but after I started eating it, it was so creamy and delicious I ate it all right up!

Crunchy Peanut Butter Cocoa Squares

Lately I have had a sweet tooth so I wanted to make something that combined my two favorites, chocolate and peanut butter! I came across a recipe that was similar to a rice crispie and decided to change up the recipe a little bit and try it out! My mouth is already watering, hehe. (They might not look the prettiest... but man are the melt in your mouth good!)
