Flipping through a magazine I found a recipe for home made graham crackers. I don't think that I have even thought of how they were made. The idea almost seemed too crazy to try but I knew I had to do it! So then we made them into S'mores! Yum!
I have been getting a lot of fresh zucchini and was running out of ideas of what to do with it. I searched from something I haven't tried before and came accross a recipe for zucchini cake brownies. I decided to change the recipe a little... this is what I came up with! Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
To go along with the delicious spicy caesar dressing we made the fresh cornbread croutons to go on top of the salad! They were fun to make and delicious to snack on!
I never was a fan of salad until recently and my favorite is creamy caesar salad. When I came across this recipe to make it spicy I knew I just HAD to try it!
I've always loved dipping veggies and crackers into dips especially hummus! So today I decided to try and make it myself. Luckily I had a little help in the kitchen from Danielle (who thinks I'm crazy for making things from scratch). She must love me though, because she was helping me all day!
I know it's summer time and you might think that it is too hot to want to eat soup but I had some corn in the fridge that needed to be cooked. I didn't want to do just regular corn on the cob. So I looked through some books and decided on a corn chowder recipe. I didn't have all the ingredients so I decided to improvise.
One of my favorite candy bars is a chocolate bar with sea salt in it. I just love the sweet and salty, haha. And I love eating a chocolate chip cookie and having a few salty potato chips with it at the same time... so when I came across this recipe I just had to try it!
