Chicken Alfredo

I had a busy day today so when I was thinking of what to have for dinner, I decided on chicken aldredo. This recipe is a little different than my normal go to because you cook everything in one skillet... Less clean up!!! Whoo hoo!! It's the little things in life, haha.

Start by cubing two chicken breasts, add it to a medium heat skillet and drizzle a couple tablespoons of olive oil over the top
Crack on some black pepper
And some sea salt.
Add in a table spoon of butter and stir
While you wait for the chicken to brow, mince 3 cloves of garlic
Once the chicken is brown, toss in the garlic and sauté for 1 minute
After the garlic is ready add in about 1 can of chicken broth
And about 3/4 cup half and half
Finally add in about 1/2 a box of uncooked penne pasta. Stir, cover and turn to simmer.
While you wait for the pasta to become tender, chop a couple tablespoons of fresh parsley
Sprinkle the parsley on the pasta and begin to shred fresh parmesean on tip. Stir and serve hot!
