Monster Everything Cookies

I was wanting some kind of cookie but I couldn't decided what kind of cookie I really wanted. So instead of making that difficult decision, I decided to make a little of everything.

Start by adding 1 cup of room temperature butter to the mixer...

1/4 cup of white sugar...

And 3/4 cup brown sugar. Mix together until it comes together.

Then add in 1 egg...

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract...

3/4 cup flour...

1/2 teaspoon baking powder...

1/4 teaspoon baking soda...

1 teaspoon salt...

Now comes the yummy stuff! 3/4 cup oats...

1/2 cup chocolate chips...

1/4 cup coconut flakes...

And mix in with a spatula, 1/4 cup mini m&m's...

Using an ice cream scoop put the cookies on baking sheets...

Bake for 12 minutes, and place on wire rack to cool... Enjoy!!!
