Hot Wings with Homemade Blue Cheese Dip

I had been craving some hot wings for a long time and when I came across this recipe I knew I had to try it! So much flavor with a kick at the end... I think it was a success!
Start by making the blue cheese dip so you can cool it in the fridge... Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to a bowl...
With 1/4 cup plus 1/8 cup sour cream...
1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles...
3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce...
Cracked black pepper...
Cracked Sea Salt...
Mix together until well blended, cover and set in the fridge until ready to serve!
Now for the wings! Start by adding oil into a heavy bottom pot or a fry daddy... about 3 inches of oil. (Turn your oven onto 350 degrees as well)
While you wait for the oil to heat up, add 1/2 a stick of unsalted butter to a low heat pan
Then add 1/2 a bottle of Franks hot sauce...
4 or 5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce...
4 or 5 splashes of tobasco sauce depending on how hot you want your wings...
And finally you can chop up some carrot and celery sticks for later
When the oil is around 325 degrees, slowly add in your chicken wings in batches so you don't overcrowd the pot. Leave in for about six minutes
Place all the wings in a oven safe dish or bowl...
Drizzle the hot sauce over the top...
Toss to coat the wings completely and place in the oven for about 15 minutes... Take out your dip and veggies and enjoy with your HOT wings!!
