Sun Dried Tomato, Spinach & Tuna Linguine

For lunch today I decided to try a quick and healthy pasta bowl. Full of yummy ingredients and delicious flavor! Enjoy!

Start out by bringing a pot of water and olive oil to a boil
Then chop up about a cup of fresh mushrooms
Add the mushrooms to a skillet with about 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
Drizzle on some olive oil...
Sprinkle on a little sea salt for taste
And some freshly cracked black pepper. Give it a stir
While you wait for the water to boil and spinach to wilt, chop up some sun dried tomatoes
Add the linguine to the water
Add in your tomatoes
And a small can of drained tuna. Stir around
