Start out by chopping up about 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger.
Next chop up 3 cloves of garlic.
In a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce to 3/4 cup chicken broth...
And 2 teaspoons of sugar. Whisk together and set aside. Also at this point you will want to chop up strips or bite size pieces of chicken breast.
As your last prep add two teaspoons cornstarch to 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Whisk together and set aside.
Add the garlic and ginger to a medium heat wok or pan with about a teaspoon of olive oil. Stir constantly until it starts to turn golden brown...
Throw in your chicken give it a stir and fry covered for 2 minutes.
When the chicken is ready add in your soy sauce mixture. Stir around and cover and let cook for about 5 minutes. Stirring one or two times.
While you wait chop up about 2 cups of broccoli florets.
When the chicken mix is ready add in the broccoli Stir around and once again cover for about 5 or 6 minutes. Do no stir once covered. You want the steam to cook the broccoli.
Once the broccoli is ready, give it a stir, and pour in the chicken broth/cornstarch mixture. Stir around for another two or three minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve immediately over white or brown rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. ENJOY!
