Orange Chicken (Paleo Friendly)

Another delicious paleo friendly recipe has my taste buds dancing! This orange chicken dish is amazing, quick and so full of amazing flavors. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

Start out by adding 1/2 cup organic or homemade chicken stock to a sauce pan over medium heat

Next add in 3 tablespoons of honey

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of orange zest

1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

3 tablespoons liquid aminos (organic natural soy sauce alternative)

1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha suace

Finally a pinch of red pepper flakes. Stir together. And leave on low heat. If you want a thicker sauce you could sprinkle in some arrowroot

Now for the chicken! Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to a medium heat pan

Once melted, add in your bite size chicken pieces. I used one breast but this recipe is for two breasts.

Once browned, move to a baking dish

Pour the sauce over the top and place in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!!
