Roasted Garlic Broccoli

So my confession is that I have an obsession and it's the paleo diet. Tonight I wanted to try broccoli and since I'm used to eating it with parmesean on top I thought all this new flavor would make me forget there was no cheese! Enjoy!

Start by chopping one head of broccoli and throw in a large bowl
Chop 3 cloves of garlic and throw in the bowl
Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
And finally drizzle on 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Mix thoroughly
Spread out on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes
