Lemon Rosemary Garlic Chicken & Potatoes

Tonight I was feeling like I needed some chicken to eat. I don't know what it is but something about fresh rosemary seems to make any dish complete. So this is what I tossed together for dinner and I will definitely make it again!

Chicken Alfredo

I had a busy day today so when I was thinking of what to have for dinner, I decided on chicken aldredo. This recipe is a little different than my normal go to because you cook everything in one skillet... Less clean up!!! Whoo hoo!! It's the little things in life, haha.

Mini Strawberry Pies

Easter is this weekend and this year my mom is having the dinner at her house so I'm just making desert. Strawberries remind me of spring so I decided on individual strawberry pies!

Italian Truffle Oil Mac & Cheese

One of my weaknesses has always been Mac and cheese. The creaminess of the melted cheese and the warm bites of pasta that just melt in your mouth... I can't help myself! Today I switched it up a little bit and made some Italian Mac and cheese. I definitely will be having more than a few bites of this!
